NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  PURCHASE WILL NOT ENHANCE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT IT HELPS YOU MEET THE CRITERIA LISTED BELOW.  The Hottrix FilmFest (“FilmFest”) begins on  July 24, 2008 and ends on October 31, 2008.

 

TO ENTER:  Submit a video response on the Youtube.com website to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8b9PH55EtJI for iBeer and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wUfhaPYeJnE for iMilk.  Submissions must comply with Youtube’s Terms of Use and may not be longer than one minute.  Entries will be judged based on the skill used  using criteria such as Location, Character, Humor, Feature-Inclusion (multi stage drink, shake, foam levels, multiple devices), Production Value, and YouTube views (not ratings).  Winners will be chosen by Hottrix based on those criteria, in Hottrix’s sole discretion.

WINNERS: On the last day of the months of July, August and September, the one best entry from that month will be selected and will receive a First Prize; At the end of the FilmFest, the one best overall entry from the whole FilmFest will be selected and will receive a Grand Prize.  Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the selection of the winners and all aspects of the this FilmFest.  Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.  Selected entrants will be notified by personal message via Youtube and/or e-mail.

PRIZES:  Three First Prizes: Apple iPod Touch 8GB (approx. retail value: $299 each; total of $897); One Grand Prize: Apple MacBook Air 12-inch 1.6GHz (approx. retail value: $1799).  Verified winners will be awarded their prizes.  Any expenses or items not specifically provided for in these Official rules are not included in any prize.  Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and may not be substituted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. 

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to adults over the age of eighteen, and are legal residents of the United States except Rhode Island and Tennessee.  Winner must provide mailing address, legal name and valid social security (“Information”) to receive prize.  Void where prohibited by law.  Employees of Sponsor, its parent,  affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies or any individuals involved in web activities in connection with this Sweepstakes promotion and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

GENERAL RULES:  Selected entrants and award of prize are subject to verification.  Selected entrants will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification.  Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner or forfeiture of prize.  All federal, state, and local laws apply.  All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.  Inability to notify a selected entrant will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.  Sponsor will attempt to contact you via Youtube private messaging to obtain the Information and is not responsible for notifications that are returned due to insufficient address or that are undeliverable for any reason.  Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information connected with the FilmFest.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, postage due, illegible, damaged, delayed, incomplete, garbled entries or for entries that are not processed, delivered or received due to technical, electronic or communications malfunctions, human error or for any other reason.  You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to create the submitted video and to allow for it to be viewed publicly.  Sponsor reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the FilmFest.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW.  SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  Sponsor reserves the disqualify any entry if fraud, spam or tampering is suspected, or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.   Sponsor assumes no responsibility for unpostable submissions or passive email filtering by a user's internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user’s email account to receive email.  In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the Youtube account used to submit the entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by the organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address).  Acceptance of Prizes constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name, submission, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in all media worldwide without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  By participating in this FilmFest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.  By accepting a Prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of Prize.  Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any Prize. Apple, iPod Touch, and MacBook Air are registered or unregistered trademarks of Apple, Inc.  All rights reserved.  Neither Apple, Inc.,  nor any of its respective parents, affiliates or subsidiaries are sponsors of or otherwise responsible or affiliated with this FilmFest.

WINNERS List and Rules:  For a winners’ list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:  Hottrix, ATTN:  FilmFest Winners List, 7500 W Lake Mead Blvd., Suite 9-478, Las Vegas, NV 89128.  Winners list requests must be postmarked between November 1, 2008 and November 15, 2008.   Hottrix reserves the right to post the list of winners on this website rather than mail back a list of winners.  For a complete copy of these official rules, please review this website.

 

PRIVACY POLICY: All entry and other information we collect in the FilmFest will be considered “information we collect” and Hottrix will keep it private unless, in its sole business discretion it decides to publish or share the information.  Furthermore, you grant Hottrix the license to exploit the Submission in any way Hottirx, in its sole discretion, deems fit, worldwide in all media now known or hereafter devised.  Sponsor shall not be liable for technical, pictorial or editorial errors or omissions contained herein.
